Of course we&#039;ve known for a long time that informal, person-to-person learning is incredibly effective, but it&#039;s difficult to create environments where this can flourish. Thanks to modern learning management systems and other social technologies, people can share ideas and gain insight more efficiently than ever before.]]></description>
